Estimated at well over 1500 years, the largest, most magnificent tree east of the Mississippi, is named very appropriately as the Angel Oak. This gorgeous trees grows just outside of Charleston, South Carolina on John's Island. Standing at 66.5 ft. tall and measures 28 ft. in circumference and produces shade that covers 17,200 feet. One of God's truly most beautiful works of art which has survived numerous devastating hurricanes...
