While cruising on Holland America at sea, hundreds of miles out from any land, my husband and I were blessed to experience one of nature's most wonderful and beautiful experiences, that of a migration of butterflies. We were dining indoors with the cruise ship ceiling rolled completely open to allow a beautiful breeze. The beautiful butterflies had gathered, while we were dined and entertained us with their sheer and stunning beauty while they rested on their migration travels upon the ship at sea. They were only gathered in our window at the time, so we felt very honored to have experienced this wonderful show of nature and it became something the two of us would never ever forget...
